INGREDIENTS: - 2 cups of soak chipped rice 4 tbsp Oil 1/2 tbsp jeera 1/2tbsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp turmeric 2 green chilly 01 potato 01 tomato 1tsp black pepper powder salt to taste METHOD:- Heat the oil Add green chilly Add cumin seed Add mustard seeds Add chopped potato Add tomato Add turmeric Add black pepper powder Place the lid on the pan & cook on low flame till the potatoes are cooked through Increase the heat, add salt and poha (chipped rice) and mix well. Your POHA (Chipped Rice) is Ready! Serve Hot with Yogurt or your favorite toppings.
