Recipe - Potato savouries

Ingredients: • 3 medium size potato/aloo • 1/2 cup chickpea flour/besan • 1 cup water • ½ tsp cumin seeds or carom seeds/ajwain • ¼ tsp red chili powder/lal mirch powder • ¼ spice mix/ chat masala powder • a pinch of asafoetida/hing • a pinch of baking soda (optional) • 2 cup cooking oil for deep fry • Salt as required • Tomato ketchup Prepare your Potato fritters as per the simple and fastest procedure given in the video.
