Recipe -Tomato Rice

Ingredients: - 1 tbsp - Butter 1 tbsp - Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp - Grated Ginger 2 pcs - Green Chillies 2 tsp - Asafoetida (HING) 1/2 cup - Chopped Capsicum 2 tbsp - Oil 1 cup - Tomato Puree 2 tsp - Mixed Spice Powder ( Sambhar masala / Garam masala) 2 tsp - Turmeric Powder Salt to Taste 1 cup - Boiled Rice Coriander Leaves Method - 1. Heat pan & add butter. 2. Add Cumin seeds. 3. Grated Ginger. 4. Add Green chillies. 5. Add Asafoetida & mix well. 6. Add chopped capsicum, mix well. 7. Put oil if required & cook capsicum till its soft. 8. Once capsicum is cooked add tomato puree. 9. Add Mixed Spice Powder 10. Add turmeric powder 11. Salt to Taste and bring it to a boil. 12. Add boiled rice & mixed well. 11. Mix well & add coriander. 12. Serve Hot with Curd. RELISH !!!
