He did his BSc & MSc (1984-90) from NIT Rourkela, Ph.D. from IIT Delhi (1991-96) & later joined as an Assistant Professor at BITS Pilani (1995-99). He worked as a Research Advisor at Center for Consciousness Studies, Bhaktivedanta Institute, Mumbai from 1999-2001. In 2001, he joined IIT Kanpur and presently he is a Senior Professor at Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Kanpur working in Control Systems and Automation. 🔖 He got connected to ISKCON in 1993. His house at IIT Kanpur has been a learning center of Bhagavad Gita since 2001 where students ferry every day early in the morning to listen to him on Krishna Consciousness. He is presently serving the director of Bhaktivedanta Gurukula and International School, Vrindavan and played an instrumental role in building the new campus of BGIS. He is also leading 2 preaching centres - Dehradun & Ranchi and teaches Bhagavad Gita Systematically & Scientifically through Online Course - Learn Gita Live Gita.
