Before joining ISKCON, he was in a very senior leadership role at a globally known MNC.  And he came in contact with ISKCON in 2004 through a house Kirtan program. He has completed his BE in Mechanical engineering and then MBA from a reputed institute in Mumbai. Through campus placements, he worked with Johnson and Johnson for 5 years and then Hindustan lever in India and other countries for 11 years in various capacities as Planning Director, Supply Chain Director and a Board Member. After coming to udaipur he worked with IIM udaipur for a couple of years as Principal: Corporate advisory group. Currently he is a Leadership and lifestyle coach preaching in NITs, IITs, Corporates, Industrial associations guiding youth, Corporate employees and entrepreneurs on devotional path. He home schooled his daughter Radhe and assisted his wife Dr. Deepali in children programs.
