He pursued management education with Delhi University and Richard Ivey School of Business (Canada). He moved fast in the corporate ladder working in six countries with E&Y, PwC, Bell Canada, Magppie until he became an Interim CEO at the age of 26.  In 2015, his life changed after he read Bhagavad Gita As It Is and Srila Prabhupada Lilaamrita (biography) and he left it all to preach in a 3rd degree juvenile home and set up a rehab home for juveniles. Later, he served with ISKCON Vrindavan Gurukula in education, CSR funding and cultivating influential leaders.  Currently, he serves at ISKCON Dehradun, Bhagavad Gita Pathshala with a thriving community of 500+ devotees. He is also serving with ISKCON Devotee Care Directorate assisting senior leaders in spreading a culture of devotee care globally.
