Sri Kshtra Parikrama Planning and Registration Sri Kshetra parikrama is a 21 kilometer traditional padyatra surrounding Sri Mandir in Jagannath Puri Dham. This year it is being organized by ISKCON from 10th to 13th November spanning across four days. As per Skand Puran this event is a golden opportunity to receive pure devotion towards Lord Jagannath. This is different from Puri yatra. This is a pancha kos parikrama of Puri undertaken on a special date and has very special significance according to scriptures. During the course of the parikrama, there will be katha by His Holiness Bhakti Purushottam Swami Maharaj glorifying special places of pastimes, temples and so on. Along with special temples of Puri, on the first two days there will be darshan of places where Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu performed pastimes. This parikrama will start on the third day.
