ISKCON Nepal devotees meet Nepal Prime Minister | 26th Aug 22 | HKTV NEWS #shorts

ISKCON is dedicatedly engaged in propagating sanatana dharma and Krishna Bhakti in several countries of the world, including India’s neighbouring country, Nepal. Recently GBC and co regional secretary of Nepal, HG Patri Prabhu along with other devotees met Honorable Prime Minister of Nepal, Sri Sher Bahadur Deuba, in Kathmandu. A formal invitation was extended to the PM to attend festivals organized by ISKCON and Hare Krishna Mahamantra kirtan was performed in the PM office for the peace and prosperity of Nepal. One can hope that the divine sound of the Holy Names heralds all over Nepal a tide of pure devotion towards Lord Krishna. Few days ago, devotees of ISKCON Nepal met Honorable Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanathji. Yogiji had a meaningful discussion with the devotees about teachings of Bhagavad Gita and expressed his thoughts about Srila Prabhupada’s contribution in spreading the Holy Names in every town and village. It is hoped that something constructive comes out of ISKCON devotees’ meeting with such high ranking officials.
