Since many years, ISKCON center in England, Bhaktivedanta Manor, situated near London has been in the forefront in preaching Krishna Consciousness. New Gokul Farm is another wonderful initiative started by this temple that serves as a sanctuary for cows and bulls. Bhaktivedanta Manor school children are taught many activities right from their childhood in order to cultivate love towards cows. Children are taken among cows everyday and made familiar with their day to day activities and significance. Children are also made aware about the importance of cow dung and are taught in detail the process of making manure and cow dung cakes. Children get to watch the milking of cows, play with calves and mix manure with soil with their own bare hands. Thus, children are inculcated go seva along with Krishna Bhakti. Recently a bull named Ram was brought to the school and children had a great time playing with him. Every school must train their children in a similar way in order to ensure happiness, prosperity and peace throughout the world.
