Renowned author Chetan Bhagat receives Srila Prabhupada’s Bhagavad Gita It is indeed due to the mercy of Lord Sri Krishna that even in the Arab world, devotees are peacefully going on with their day to day lives. One such devotee, HG Rasamrita Prabhuji recently met with Chetan Bhagat and presented him with Bhagavad Gita As It Is and the book, Journey Home. Chetan Bhagat is a well known writer and novelist whose 5 novels have been made into Bollywood films, such as 3 Idiots, Kai Po Chhe and so on. He is a BTech from IIT Delhi and has completed MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He had also been included in the Time Magazine’s 100 most influential people in the year 2010. Through The Lord’s will, he has now received a copy of Bhagavad Gita and it is hoped that he will spread its message and relevance to the general public. It is very encouraging to see devotees of ISKCON distributing The Lord’s grace among the influential and intelligent people of the society through Srila Prabhupada’s scriptures, which will sooner or later bring about their ultimate welfare.
