He graduated with medal in Civil Engineering from the University of Madras in 1986, and post graduated in Structural Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore in 1988. After a brief professional experience at Indian Institute of Technology Madras and a brief research experience at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, he joined ISKCON in 1989. He acquired M.A. and Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Mumbai in 2001 and 2008 respectively.   He was engaged in wide spectrum of services at ISKCON, viz. Bhaktivedanta Institute scientific preaching, youth preaching, congregational preaching, educational programs, academic research, fund raising, finance and administration. His current services are: Vice President of ISKCON, Juhu, Mumbai, Chairman of the ISKCON Bharat Advisory Committee ISKCON Global Duty Officer   Professor of Philosophy at Bhaktivedanta Vidyapeeta Research Centre, GEV, Wada Ph.D. guide recognised by University of Mumbai.
