Her Father is a textile engineer; having worked in all the major corporate textile houses, the family had travelled to various states like North India, Gujarat, Punjab, Jaipur, Haryana. She graduated as an electronics and telecommunications engineer and worked in the automotive sector initially and later in the software sector when she moved to Bangalore after marriage. Later She moved to Dubai and met ISKCON devotees in 2011 in Dubai for the first time. She was invited to a house program and was attracted to the devotees and their lifestyle as they spoke about Bhagavad Gita classes which sounded very attractive. Currently she takes Bhakti vriksha classes with women and She is a part of the servant leaders of ISKCON Gurugram team.
